Are you experiencing:

  • low accountability,
  • poor communication, or
  • frequent conflict?

Using 10 minutes of weekly management meeting time
to discuss 1 tip a week from Relationship Management for a year
can change your organization’s culture through:

  • Increased trust
  • Specific, helpful positive feedback and feedback for improvement
  • Respect for differing points of view

Use the Soft Response

A soft response defuses an angry attack.

"I recall to this date some of the comments he made that have helped me grow as a professional and a service provider. The first was that of, 'Wow customer service' and how everyone was my customer no only the students and graduates I assist but also my co-workers. The other was that of, 'recalculate' and how I have to step back and recalculate sometimes and start again."
